“ Still drooling over this place! A brilliant concept— enjoy a collection of entrees so you can try a little bit of everything. If only every restaurant did something like this. This hidden gem is a must-try, a wonderful addition to Porter Sq. They offer validated valet parking which is a no brainer for (I believe) 10 so you can show up on time and not have to worry about circling around all of Cambridge for parking! The house-made foccacia was delicious, all of the salads were perfect in their own way (highly recommend getting a collection of this to start — these are shareable, we had a group of 6). I did a mix and a match collection of steak tips, fried chicken, and pumpkin ravioli— all of which were incredible. You can create your own or choose from one of their pre-curated collections. For cocktails, we all enjoyed — Better Vesper, Mon Cher, Margeaux’s Choice Old Fashioned, and just a basic Cosmo (not on the menu). Excited to come back for date night! ”
“ I can’t even explain how near and dear this restaurant is to my heart. The fact that I get to choose three entrees and not have to pick just one just made my heart . As a Cambridge girl, I’m excited to have this restaurant be here and as a local chef I also appreciate how much detail they put into this food. I have no complaints. My server was Courtney. She was awesome. One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had to be honest my only complaint would be they take a little long to bring you your drinks that would be my only critique And I think that’s the bar‘s fault. The lamb chops was definitely the star of the show. I wish I had a picture, but I did take a picture of the deviled eggs and they were amazing. They had a fried oyster on top next level.!!!!!! ”
“ It might be easy to miss this little gem of a place in Porter Square but you'll thank yourself by walking in and be treated to great food and excellent service. While this place might be known for its dinner fare, it's brunch offering deserves more attention. I was a fan of the Shrimp and Grits. The avocado toast and muffins were just as great. The quiche was so good and I wished the serving was a little bigger. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was to your liking. PS: Owner is a Teach For America alum like me. ”
“ Wonderful restaurant, great for our girls night out. The small plates are the perfect size and it’s wonderful being able to try multiple dishes with their wine pairings. The pies are amazing as well ”
“ Delicious food. Loved the idea of smaller plates to try a variety of foods. I had the coastal tasting menu (scallops, swordfish, and a spinach crab dish that was my favorite). They also do wine tastings. The service is slow but it’s well worth for the food! The vegetables and sides were so well done- the potatoes (so crispy and so soft) and green beans were by far exceeding my expectations ”
“ Picked the coastal food flight as a whole (halibut, swordfish, and shrimp & grits. Selected the beef Wellington, ribeye, and seared duck. Also chose the focaccia and deviled eggs for apps, and had 3 drinks plus the creme brulee. Everything was well prepared, delectable, and deeply satisfying! Next time in Boston, this will be on the list to revisit!! ”
“ Our experience began with “Hi, what’s your name?” and ended with hugs. All around, excellent experience, enjoyed every moment. Courtney took very good care of us and was a delight to talk with throughout the evening. ”
“ Had dinner with friends. We ordered drinks at the bar. Our bartender Denzel made things perfectly. Our server Nastasya was attentive and explained the tasting menu. We literally tried everything. The deviled eggs were fabulous as was the duck confit crepes. Out faves from the dinner menu were the Wellington, the lamb lollipops, and the shrimp and grits. Will definitely go back. ”
